What Does Painful, Swollen Bubble On Lower Abdomen Suggest?

I have a what feels like a bubble on my lower abdomen it swells for the past month when i workout or just do walking i had a cat scan recently and they found nothing and the dr did not know so im wanting a second opinion i cant let it go cause it painful .

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having developing direct inguinal hernia giving this appearance.
This condition is called Bubonocele.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation, cough reflex and doing strenuous exercises or heavy weight lifting.
Ok and take care.
