What Does Painful Tightness In Chest And Feeling Of Something Stuck In Throat Mean?

I am a 34 y/o F. For the past two nights I have been experiencing a painful tightness in my chest, accompanied by a feeling like I have something stuck in my throat. It comes in waves and seems to travel to my stomach causing pain there, too. I also have this super itchy welt like rash all over my torso, arms, and neck. Thoughts?

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. It appears to be anginal pain.
2. Get an ECG. If normal, a stress ECG should show abnormality.
3. Rashes require evaluation. If itchy, need to rule out fungal infections specifically in wet areas. More details necessary. Get ECG done first.
