What does this mean from my MRI report:L3-L4: Spur-disk complexes are noted at the level of the foramina measuring 2 mm AP with secondary abutment of the exiting L3 nerve roots. The midline AP dimension of the canal is normal at 14 mm. There are mild degenerative changes of the facet joints.L4-L5: The disk is partially desiccated and slightly narrowed.A broad-based protrusion is present, partially covered by endplate spurring, measuring 2-3 mm AP involving the inferior aspects of the foramina more so on the right. The spur-disk complex abuts the descending L5 nerve roots. At the level of the foramen, the exiting L4 nerve roots abut the spur-disk complex as well as the mild to moderate hypertrophic facet joints. L5-S1: There is a broad-based protrusion, measuring up to 3 mm AP, which slightly abuts the descending right S1 nerve root. The midline AP dimension of the canal is normal 13-14 mm. There is no significant narrowing of the foramen.Low back, buttocks, hip and thigh pain.
