What Does Peeling, White, Bumpy Foreskin Causing Difficulty In Retracting Indicate?
hi, i am uncircumcised and the skin on the tip of my penis is peeling and coming back white and kind of bumpy, the inside of my foreskin is also peeling and returning very scaby and rough, the foreskin wont retract? its not a rash or an std? please help im only 16 years old
It is called phimosis. It could be physiologic in most cases due to tight skin. But if you are having a rash and oozing it could be due to skin psoriasis, infection or some allergic reactions. I suggest you to visit your doctor to see whats wrong with it and fix it accordingly. If you are having difficulty in urinating its an emergency situation, go directly to emergency department of a nearby hospital.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
