What Does Pelvic Trans Vaginal Ultrasound Report Suggest?
Hi.... I just had my pelvic transvaginal ultrasound which noted 2 adjacent parenchymal hypoechoic solid lesions at anterior aspect of uterine corpus measuring 1.7 x 1.3 cm and 0.7 x 0.55 cm respectively. Impression: UTERINE MYOMATAS..... What does this mean? Is this alarming?
According to USG report there are two small fibroids in the anterior region of the uterus measuring 1.7 x 1.3 cm and 0.7 x 0.55 cm. Fibroid is benign tumour of the uterus. Treatment of fibroid is both conservative and surgical depending upon many things like age, family is completed or not, symptoms etc. You should consult gynecologist. Hope i have answered your query.
