What Does Penile Discharge During Urination Indicate?

Hi Doc, Please I normally do get discharge from my penis espcially when I go the gent trying to make myself comfortable. This experience is on and off within a period. I have been seeing an urologist for the last couple of years and all major test carried out have shown negative results. Hence, I would like to further know if am ok? Secondly, there is discharge when I fantasize about sex and during foreplays? I want know if this is also normal?

Hello,

Discharge while fantasizing sex and during foreplay is normal.

If you are experiencing itching along with discharge then there is a possibility of urinary tract infection (UTI).

In that case, you need to get a urine culture test to rule out urinary tract infection.
