What Does Penis Friction Mean?

What is penis friction? I hooked up with an old friend about a week ago. He claims he only masturbates and he hasn t had sex in a long time...we were like bunnies...the sex was awesome..rough and long going...this morning, he said he has penis friction...what is this? Should I be concerned?

You don't need to worry.Penis friction refers to having a sensitive skin or minor lesions on penis caused by rough intercourse and the friction during intercourse.
It is not a disease so you have nothing to worry about.
It usually resolves in few days .He just need to avoid masturbation or intercourse until complete recovery.
