What Does Persistent Squishy Lump On Vagina Post Treatment Indicate?

Hi, I have had a large squishy lump(changes in size at its largest a golf ball)on my left labia for over a month, I seen a doctor and they gave me something to clear up an infection(even tho it is clean, no puss or anything) nothing changed so I went back and the doctor said he had never seen nothing like it so they sent me to the hospital - the hospital said it looks like trauma - rough sex - so they gave me anti inflammatory, I finished the course 2weeks ago and still no change, what should I do?

if there is nosign of infection or allergy then it can be a cyst. it requeres to be surgicaly removed. biopsy can be done after removal.
