What Does Persistent Vomiting In A 5 Month Old Indicate?

My daughter is 5 months old. Since she was born she s had an issue keeping her formula down. She pukes up practically her whole bottle. Once all formula I d thrown up its like a clear liquid she pukes up. Now for the past month her poop had been gray. As of today she has puked twice a lite gray color. She has had a ultra sound that also has came back abnormal....but her doctor do sent seem concerned that anything is wrong?

Please see that the child gets proper burping before it is laid on bed. If her ultrasound abdomen is normal, then there is not much to worry.
