What Does Pinching Sensation On The Penis Indicate?

hi, I m a 18 year old male and I am a virgin. recently ive been noticing my semen being thicker and if I spread it out it even has little gel like clumps. Right before I m about to ejaculate, I get this pinching feeling right where the head and the shaft meet, it kind of feels like something is trying to get thru that area but can t. I usually masturbate 1-2 times a day (maybe even 3 sometimes). I drink plenty of water. Last week I went a couple days not masturbating, and when I ejaculated I got this burning pain in my pee hole, near the tip of my penis. I m worried because ive never had chunks in my jizz before and I m worried this will continue into the future. can you tell me whats going on and how to fix this?

You should undergo urine complete test and ultrasound abdomen to rule out urine infection or stone .If these tests come normal then go to surgeon as it may be due to urethral stricture .
