What Does Pink Blood From Vagina And Bloating Of Stomach Indicate?

I'm on the mini pill and have been for around 8 months but I haven't been taking it regularly and have had unprotected sex. My periods stopped when I started the pill but yesterday when I wiped I noticed a pink blood and today it was red but it's only when I wiped it's not heavy. I've been extremely emotional over the last week and my belly has been very bloated also I've been getting headaches the last couple of weeks. I'm unsure whether I'm just being paranoid but am I likely to be pregnant or is this just me away to get a period?
