What Does Pink Discharge During Bowels After Cervical Cerclage Imply?

I just had a cervical cerclage 3 days ago and everything went fine after the procedure. I was monitored for at least 4 hours and then was released to go home. The spotting has stopped, however when I have a bowel movement, that is only the time I'll see a light pink discharge. Any other time I use the restroom, there isn't any discharge or even spotting. I am not experiencing any pain or cramps or discomfort of any kind. Is this something I should be worried about?
