What Does Pink Discharge During Defecation Indicate?

I had severe Diarrhea about a week ago and I took some medicine, and it seem to help. I didn t have a bowel movement for 3 days. It seemed fine, but now when I am eating seems I have to go to the bathroom about 45 minutes later, and there is a slimly discharge that seems to have pinkies tones to it. I m not sure if it is blood, and I have never had anything like this before

I gone through your description. As you told that for diarrhea treatment you take some medicines and after that for 3 days you didn't have bowel movement. Possibility is that no bowel movement for 2-3 days might lead to unformed hard stool which may erode large intestinal mucosa and lead to minor bleeding from capillaries.
If you have no fever and abdominal pain right now, you need not to be worried. Just take proper food and plenty of water to get properly formed stool. If problem still persist for 2-3 days you can consult surgeon.
