Hi,
As the effect of the hormone weans, it is natural for some amount of withdrawal bleeding to be seen. Return of ovulation may happen in a month and hence, there is nor risk of conception so soon. You should have a periodic check up with your consultant to judge the proper return of the hormone levels and if the spotting is persistent, please take help. Sometimes, a kick-back with a dose of hormone may be needed for the menstruation to return; more often, a natural period ensues within a month. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
