What Does Pink Vaginal Discharge After Hysterectomy Indicate?

I am 78 years old, had a complete hysterectomy at age 45 with no problems. 2 days ago I felt something
after urinating. There is a soft, pink, egg shape mass that almost appears to be coming out.
No pain. I had this many years ago and it went away. What is it and what should I do?
Thank you.

Hi I think you should consult a gynecologist for complete examination. It can be a vault prolapse. But it should be confirmed by examination only. Hope it helps.
