What Does Pockets Under The Clavicles Mean?

I just saw the dentist and he thought I had an abscess. After seeing him the left side of my face started to swell. After monitoring it the swelling began to subside but he mentioned something about "pockets" under my clavicle. Not sure what this could mean. Any ideas?

I have gone through your query, as you have pocket this can be periodontal pocket , may be swelling can be due to periodontal abscess.

Dont worry for this you can go for currettage and oral prophylaxis .
