i am a 46 year old woman who has numerous pregnancy symptoms but all urine home tests are negative. i most recently have severe polyuria, pain and light bleeding (starting last night). I was up literally every 20-30 mins to urinate and each time i had abdominal pain and bleeding. today the bleeding is light. what do you suggest i do?

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello.
polyuria with abdominal pain indicates urinary tract infection. Please get a urine culture done and you may have to be started on antibiotics for cobtrolling infection.
Secondly bleeding is because of your menses and it would decrease with your scheduled normal cycle. UTI is very common in women.

also get your blood sugar profile done to look for diabetes as polyuria polydipsia and polyphagia are 3 important symptoms for diabetes as well.
