What Does Popping Sensation In The Head Indicate?

Hi , The other day I started getting a weird sensation in my head (upper left side). the best way I can describe this is as though air bubbles are popping. (imagine you were blowing air into a straw that was in water kind of like that). it only lasts a few seconds and comes every 30ish minutes, it s also followed by a headache in the same spot which feels like someone is pressing down on that spot. I m a 30 year old female.
