Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

In my opinion, you are having calcium and vitamin d 3 deficiency.
These can lead to softening of vertebral body and intervertebral disc.
This leads to popping when you're do coughing and sneezing.
So get done calcium and vitamin d 3 levels.
You will need supplements of calcium and vitamin d 3.
Also consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical clinical examination and x ray of spine to rule out internal pathology.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
