What Does Popping Sound Post A Fall With Inability To Walk Suggest?

Got married last night. Had a great time until..... Channeled my inner John Travolta. slipped into a right front split. I m not flexible, anything but....I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. When I hit the floor I felt (and possibly heard) two firecracker sounding pops. I was able to get to my feet quickly and even danced two more steps before realizing that something was very very wrong. now i m barely able to walk. This is with the mobic im on too. what do you think i did and how do i know is this is just a sprain/strain or possibly worse

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern if this is the history fall then this need to be x-ray for the possible fracture till then then pain can be managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day" better to keep the injured part immobile till you get the x -ray hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
