What Does Positive HIV Test After Acne Treatment Indicate?

Hi Doctors, i took isotretinoin (Acnotin) for about 5 months to treat my acne. After 2 and half month i stop taking the drug i did rapid HIV test, and the result is positive. And at the same day, i buy another test kit and the result is still positive. May i know if there is plausibility the results are false positive?

You are infected with hiv.

Explanation,
1. You mentioned that you are in treatment for acne by isotretinoin since 5 months and stopped the drug and done rapid test for hiv, it came to be positive
2. The rapid test showing that the positive for hiv indicates that you are infected with hiv virus but you can be confirmed it by WESTERN BLOT TEST after a minimum period of exposure to hiv say 45 days
3. There is no relationship between getting positive hiv result and using medication of isotretinoin for acne
