Welcome to health care magic.

1.Predominatly hypo-echoic lesion can be an abscess, hemorrhagic collection, mass lesion, malignancy can not be ruled out.
2.For further evaluation you need to get a triple phasic contrast enhanced computer tomography that will give the most probable diagnosis.
3.FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology, BIOPSY are the confirmatory for the diagnosis.
4.Suggest lymph nodal assessment and chest x-ray for any malignant suspicion.
5.Get an appointment with surgeon and do needful investigation and treatment accordingly. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
