good day,i am 26,male and i undergone urinalysis yesterday, due to mild pain urination and i also seen some whitish abcess in my genital..the result of my urinalysis is slightly turbid,with 6-10/hpf and 0-2/hpf rbc...what is that mean...hoping for your immediate response...thanks,
You are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI). UTI is indicated by turbid appearance of urine and presence of pus cells,RBC in urine. You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.. At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report. You also need clinical correlation.You should drink plenty of water.
