General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to urinary tract infection.

For further assessment you may require urine culture analysis, culture sensitivity, complete hemogram, ultrasound abdomen and pelvis after physician consultation.

Treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

You may require broad spectrum antibiotics after consultation.

Keep your self hydrated. Take syp cital in case of burning urination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
