What Does Presence Of Blood In Stool Indicate?

I have been having a lot of medical issues so my doctor has done some labs and mri so far I know I have in my urine 50 rbc lmph % 48.5 mch 25.9 rdw 18.3 mcv 79.8 neut % 38.3 and positive blood in stool so I was given septra for an infection going to have a colonoscopy scheduled and my Epstein barr virus came back at 3.66. I m 50 years old and extremely fatigued with mental health issues and on quite a few meds so I don t know if its my depression or something medical. currently having abdominal left quadrant lower ab pain intermittent with constipation/diarreahea. awaiting for doctors follow up appointment to interup these labs can you help

Here according to history it could be hemolytic uremic syndrome like condition secondary to infection or tumour growth also can be present...

Your lymphocytes high that can be secondary to underlying pathology...

Left quadrant pain leading suspician toward severe colitis also...

You needs to hospitalised and your detail reports needs to be done like...
-Blood culture
-Colonoscopy
-USG etc..

According to specific cause determination only your further treatment can be guided. .

Consult gastroenterologist for examination and further discussion...
