Can you explain the results NEGATIVE FOR INTRAEPITHELIAL LESION AND MALIGNANCY.PREDOMINANCE OF COCCOBACILLI CONSISTENT WITH SHIFT IN VAGINAL FLORA IS PRESENT.SPECIMEN ADEQUACY******           Satisfactory for evaluation. Endocervical and/or squamous metaplastic cells (endocervical component) are present.Partially obscuring thick areas are present. This high-risk HPV test detects thirteen high-risk types (16/18/31/33/35/39/45/51/52/56/58/59/68) without differentiation-Positive. Hi, dear
I have gone through your pap smear report. I can understand your concern.
First of all you don't have any malignancy so don't worry about that.
You have bacterial vaginosis. Its a common infection. You should take a course of metronidazole according to your doctor's advise.
Endometrial cells are normally present. So its not significant.
Your HPV test is positive. So you have chance of cervical cancer in future. For that you should go for regular screening.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Thanks for using health care magic.
Wish you a very good health.
