Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your sperm count is very low. And viability and motility is also very low. So its very difficult to have child by natural way. Fructose is present sugget there is no obstructive pathology. So defect is in sperm production. You should go for surgery for varicose vein. Then go for assisteted technique to have child.
