welcome to Health care magic.
1.These densities are seen in case of infections.
2.Fluid collection in the lung spaces due to infection / inflammation.
3.Tubercular cause can not be ruled out and upper lobes are most prone areas.
4.If you have a history of traveling or contact with infected person - TB can be suspected.
5.Get the sputum examination done, if normal then your doctor may treat for an general URTI.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
