General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

You are having a condition called azoospermia where no sperm cells are seen in the semen. Detailed evaluation is needed to find out the cause. We have to rule out conditions like obstruction of ejaculatory duct, antisperm antibodies, etc. Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
