What does it mean if I was diagnosed with two sub arousal fibroids one that is 3.6 centimeters and is in close proximity to the endometrium I also have 2 11mm left ovarian follicles with 1 containing a gew internal echoes and a small amount of fluid within the endocervix

I really appreciate your concern, this is the fibroid lesion of cervix or uterus most of the time it does not need any treatment unless it is indicated for surgery, clinical condition matters the great here hope this information helps.
