What Does Pressure In The Chest Along With Sore Throat Indicate?

I m experiencing gas build up in my chest that maked it feels like a tight fist. I have a sore throat on both side and feels as if I have a snot in my throat. Eating foods can create dizziness, chest pain, lighhead and the leftside of body is tingling. At times my chest can burn, as well as stomach.

hi sir/mam,the symptoms you had mentioned,though point at some respiratory infection,evaluation for heart disease is also essential.for sore throat associated with fever,you can have tab.azithromycin 500mg once daily for 3 days and salt water mouth washes.i also advise my patients to undergo an ECG to rule out any cardiac causes of chest tightness,pain etc.if the ECG comes as normal,you can be treated for peptic ulcer disease.treatment of peptic ulcer disease with gastro esophageal reflux includes the following :
1)tab.pantoprazole daily once before food.
2)if burning and pain are severe,you can go for omen insta sachets.1 sachet emptied into 1 glass of water and consumes.
3)avoidance of excessive straining like chronic cough to prevent increase in intraabdominal pressure.
4)head elevation when lying down is helpful in preventing reflux.
