General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello there I have read through your question and I would like to tell you that you are hypotensive. It maybe the reason of you feeling tired. It can be due to general weakness or It can be due to something serious like heart failure. If it is due to weakness improving your diet can improve your blood pressure. But it is advisable to consult your physician regarding this to rule out any serious cause. I hope this answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.
