What Does Pressure In The Chest And Throat Indicate?
I have been experiencing a tightness in my upper chest and throat. I get hoarse sometimes after I speak for awhile. I feel like I could burp a lot and when I do I feel a relief. My throat is sore some. I have choked on some food like meat so I am careful to cut everything up in small pieces. I think I have an acid reflux disorder. I eat pretty healthy. I eat fruit in the morning for breakfast. No coffee or soft drinks during the week. I do have a soft drink on the weekends. I eat salads almost everyday for lunch and avoid breads. What can I do to relieve this?
