What Does Pressure In The Forehead While Suffering From Hypertension Indicate?

I am 36 years old and diagnosed with high blood sugar pp 200 at single instance with hba1c of 6.9, six months before...i never taken the medicine and after diet and exercise within 2 months hba1c of 5.6, afterwards for appx 6 months my fasting blood sugar is appx 95 to 105 and pp some times in 2 hour around 150 and max 190 in 1 hour sometimes..my problem is , after that high blood sugar instance whenever I am eating normal food then after 30 mins , I am experiencing pressure in my front head and in nose after each meal and even after 2 hours ..which is more after lunch compare to dinner.during pressure in my head my bp is 130/92 and heart rate app 100 I observed..and blood sugar max 180mg/dl..please explain what will be cause for this...i never experienced this symptom before blood sugar instance, I morning I feel perfectly normal....please suggest..i m not on any medicine.
