What Does Pressure In The Lower Abdomen Indicate?

lots pressure in lower bdomin, like I need to empty bldder....when I pee little comes out but pressure remins , feeling fluish symptems, strted yesterday in upper then moved downward whole belly sore when I press sorry one key not working on my keybord screws up my cc crd bility

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of intestinal infection is more likely.
Intestinal infection causes lower abdominal pain, fullness, fluid sensations etc.
So avoid junk food.
Eat more curd and yogurt.
Start oral rehydration solution (ORS), zinc and probiotic tablets.
If not improving by all these in 2-3 days then consult doctor.
