What Does Previous Mixed Growth Indicate?

hi i am 20 weeks pregnant & i have to do another urine sample, not thinking anything about it but the note attached to the sample to send off states 'previous mixed growth' i am worried as to me growth means something bad-like cancer!please advise.many thanks in advance for your co=operation.

Thanks for your question on HCM. No need to worry about cancer. The growth term used in report is for bacterial growth and not tissue growth. So forget about cancer. In my opinion you might had urine infection so doctor adviced urine report and there must be growth of bacteria in the culture. But the growth may not be of single bacteria. There might be mote than one bacterial growth. So the report mentioned mixed growth. So no need to worry for cancer.
