Welcome to Health care magic.

1.There is poorly defined lobulated mass lesion with irregular margins noted in the left hilar region.
2.The description / characteristics of the lesion seems more towards malignancy.
3.But x-ray is never a confirmatory for a malignancy - definitive diagnosis is contrast enhanced computer tomography, with guided biopsy.
4.Biopsy results will be confirmatory.
5.The x-ray description also seems like lymph nodal mass - so computer tomography will give definitive imaging finding.
6.So wait for further investigations and appropriate treatment. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
