What Does Prominence Of Pulmonary Outflow Tract Signify?

My five year old daughter went to the ER because of the flu and a couple days later the ER nurse called to tell me that my daughter has a prominence of the pulmonary outflow tract and she needed to see a specialist. I need an explanation on what that means, what has to be done and is it something major?
