About 4 kg underweight. Hila normal no other findings suggest what to do and what is meaning of the Xray report what is its effect and what treatment required
Normally alveoli contain air....so bronchovascular marking normally not prominent.... But because if vadodilatation and increase blood flow it can be prominent....
Here bronchitis seems to be most likely.... Auscultation and respi examination done .... Suitable antibiotic given.. If needed short term steroid might needed for inflammation ....

What Does Prominent Brochovascular Markings In X-ray Report Mean?
Hi thanksfor contacting HCM... Normally alveoli contain air....so bronchovascular marking normally not prominent.... But because if vadodilatation and increase blood flow it can be prominent.... Infection or increase fluid can be cause... -bronchitis -viral interstitial pneumonia -heart failure Here bronchitis seems to be most likely.... Auscultation and respi examination done .... Suitable antibiotic given.. If needed short term steroid might needed for inflammation .... If dyspnea occurs then bronchodilator needed.... Consult doctor for examination and treatment accordingly .... Try to avoid passive exposure of smoking to your child... Take care.
