BIRADS II is a benign category in the breast imaging reporting and data system. A finding placed in this category should have a very high probability of being benign.
Your mammography shows the presence of a prominent central breast duct measuring 3 to 4 mm in diameter and is considered benign.
There are lymphnodes in the armpit measuring up to 13 mm in diameter and are also showing benign features.
There is no doubt of cancer and you are completely safe.
