What Does Prominent Central Breast Duct Mean?

hi dr ,, i would ask about a mammograph please .. the results says :: prominent central breast duct (3-4mm) ,,, BIRADS (2) : definite benign lesions left enlarged reactionary axillary lymph nodes (13 mm )
my age : 50 years i still have menstruation
i have a family history of breast cancer

Thanks fro writing in.

BIRADS II is a benign category in the breast imaging reporting and data system. A finding placed in this category should have a very high probability of being benign.

Your mammography shows the presence of a prominent central breast duct measuring 3 to 4 mm in diameter and is considered benign.

There are lymphnodes in the armpit measuring up to 13 mm in diameter and are also showing benign features.

There is no doubt of cancer and you are completely safe.
