Protein and Blood in urine suggest some pathology going on in your kidney / Urinary Tract.
Stones when move can cause blood in urine.
You need to do complete workup to find exact cause of blood and protein in urine.
Better see some Nephrologist who will suggest tests to assess your kidney function and cause behind blood and protein in Urine.
