What Does Pulsating Sensation In The Right Ear Indicate?

I have driving and pulsating sound in my right ear, have been dizzy everyday, I have been taking 50mg Dramamine BID and more if needed. If I don t take it one time I can t function. My END done so testing, even an ultrasound on my carotid arteries. The recent ST states that I basically have dialated vessels at base of skill at C1. Why would she send me to a neuro surgeon? This has been ongoing for past two years. The most recent change has been the dining and pulsating on the right side. Should I be concerned?
