What Does Pulsations On The Left Temporal Area Indicate?

my left temporal area is pulsating sometimes but no pain...i have left astigmatism and far sighted. I am currently using progressive eyeglasses of which according to my doctor needs to change. my current problem now is the pulsating sensation on my left temple.

Hello,

Maybe a strain to your left eyes would have caused the eye to fatigue, and severe pressure would have developed. Kindly get your IOP checked to see if it is raised. Get your eyeglasses corrected.

It is bad to read, and more of accommodative force necessary which tires up eyes, and all kind of problems arises, so kindly do the above things.
