What Does Purple Discoloration In The Urethra Indicate?

I notice I have a purple area inside on my urethra. I m male. Is this normal? I have symptoms. I just happened to explore and notice it. Mainly on the left side.. It is a bit sensitive to the touch but I would think touching the inside of your urethra isn t very comfortable. It looks almost as a vein or something.
