What Does Purple Discoloration Under The Eyes Indicate?

Hi! i woke up this morning with purpleish bags under my eyes. Then I started to have itchy eyes and they kinda burned too. I also started to have itching on my face underneath my lip area. This has been going on all day today. I happened to look in the mirror earlier this evening and noticed I have a rash on my face. My face feels a little warm too.

Thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
It seems you have allergic reaction yo something you had eaten/applied to your face/put in your eyes (drops.. cosmetic) yesterday.from sequence of your symptoms.
Try with tab. Cetrizine after food... &consult your family doctor for further assessment.
Visit ER.. if you have difficulty in breathing.
