What Does Pus Cell 6-8 And Motile Bat+ Mean?

Iam 33 years old man my results were: (1) pus cell 6-8 (2) motile bat + (3) others - nill. what does this mean? I was also given the following drugs (1)PCM 1g TDS x 3/7 (2)norflo 400g BD x1/5 (3) fluconazole 200mg OD 2/5 (4) secnidazole 2g is this treatment sufficient? ()

Hello and welcome to HCM,
I believe that the urine routine analysis is done and the findings of urine have been posted.
The presence of pus cells and motile bacteria suggests presence of infection in the urinary tract.
The treatment consists of paracetamol (pain-killer ) and antibiotic along with anti-fungals against fungus.
However, there is presence of infection in urine as shown by presence of bacteria and pus cells in urine.
You need to complete your antibiotic course for treatment of infection.
