child age 10 months and test have done albumin sugar deposit (Urine Routine) and the result is color - pale yellow Reaction - 6.0, Sugar - NIL, Albumin - Trace, PUS Cells (WBC) 4-5/HPF RBC - OCC, EPITHELIAL Cells - 2-3/HPF, CAST - NIL, CRYSTALS - NIL. Please tell me what problem is this
Your son's urine report is normal. Up to 5 pus cells in urine are normal /HPF. Epithelial cells are basically normal cells that represent contamination of the urine specimen with skin cells.It is very common and is not concerning. Trace amount of albumin in urine is normal phenomenon. Other findings are within normal limit. He also need clinical correlation .
