please see my URINALYSIS RESULT.COLOR: YELLOW TRANSPARENCY: CLOUDY pH: 5.0 SPECIFIC GRAVITY : 1.000 SUGAR: NEGATIVE PROTEIN: NEGATIVE PUS CELLS: 20-25 EPITHELIAL CELLS: FEW AMORPHOUS URATES: MODERATE BACTERIA: FEW URIC ACID CRYSTALS: FEW PLEASE HELP ME, I didn't get my HEALTH CERTIFICATE for my pre-employment because of my PUS CELLS,im a bit worried.TIA.

Your findings suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by cloudy appearance of urine and presence of excessive pus cells,moderate bacteria in urine.
You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram,renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Nitrite test and Leukocyte esterase test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed after culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of fluids.
