What Does "BPD-87.6mm And AC-304.5mm" In Pregnancy Scan Mean?

i'm 22 years old and 35 week of pregnancy.my scanning report is given below.
BPD:87.6mm-35 weeks 3 days.
AC:304.5mm 34 weeks 3 days.
FL:69.6mm 35 weeks 3 days
BPP:normal
FHR:Regular and normal
EFW:2588+/-400gms
USG AGA:35 weeks 1 days+/-2 weeks

BPD is diameter of the head - Biparietal diameter
AC is abdominal circumference
FL is length of the femur - Femur length.
EFW = Expected foetal weight.
All the measurements for the given period of pregnancy seem to be within normal range. The pregnancy period calculated is 35 weeks 1 days+/-2 weeks which tallies with your period of pregnancy.
The weight of the baby is almost 2600 gms at 35 weeks which is also very good.
There is nothing to worry in this scan report.
Now just relax, follow your obstetrician's instructions and wait for the labour pains to start.
