What Does "R Eye +5 With Cylindrical +2.5 At 95 Degrees" On Eye Testing Suggest?
Hi,
My daughter is 4 yrs old.I just got her eye test done.The doctor checked her and gave next appointment for refraction test.
He did some test afte putting the drops.After which he wrote R eye +5 with cylindrical +2.5 at 95 degrees and L eye +5.5 with cylidrical +2.25 at 93 degrees.Please tell me will this be her specs power.I am worried for my daughter.Please tell me can this number become less as she grows up.Thanks.

it is specs power only . with the age you have no alternative but to go for specs. If you have got some doubt then can go for second opinion. if refractive error is detected then immediately go for specs child parents and teacher have to coordinate cooperate and persuade the child to use the glass counseling is to be done.
